Our Transport team are the face of Team Clipper, acting as our ambassadors. They are on the front line, representing our business up and down the country, including Scotland and Wales. Whether at point of delivery or over the phone, our team go further every single day, building excellent relationships with our entire transport network.

Driving forward together, our team is close knit, and we always look out for each other. So whether you join Team Clipper as a driver, a drivers’ mate, or in a support role, you’ll be encouraged to learn and grow with us from day one.

Drivers
Work to dedicated contracts or enjoy the variety of multi-contract opportunities. You’ll also get the chance to take part in our drivers CPC+ scheme to become a driver trainer.

Drivers’ Mate
Assist our drivers when they need it most. And, if you are ready, become a driver yourself through Revolve .

Transport Director
Lead our team with strategic direction across our transport network and help develop our Transport Managers into the leaders of tomorrow.

Transport Manager
Wherever you’re based, you’ll manage the complexities of each depot’s range of vehicles and drivers – some are even based on our customers’ premises.

Transport Supervisor
Coordinate our office activity, solve problems on the ground and support our Transport Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot.

Warehouse Staff
Support our warehouse ops hands-on, coordinate physical loading and help unload stock. And get behind the wheel with Revolve, our warehouse-to-wheels programme.

Administration
Plan up to 100 vehicles and their drivers, from a range of locations, to help our team deliver.

Take us further

Help us secure new contracts, on-board our latest customers and design warehouse space. Working closely with all of Team Clipper’s departments, you’ll focus on our commercial aspect to keep us growing.
